First and foremost, the meeting was chaired by Li Tao, Head of the physics teaching and research group, and attended by all physics teachers in the Senior High School Division. According to the requirements of the new curriculum standards and the actual situation of the students, the teachers jointly formulated the teaching objectives and teaching plans for the new semester, so as to ensure the smooth development of the physics teaching work in the new semester. Moreover, the physics teaching and research group made a unified arrangement for the teaching and research activities, lectures and evaluation in addition to homework assignments in this semester. 

Furthermore, Director Xu Haihong made a layout for the review of the second stage of Senior Three, stressing that teachers should meticulously study the physics questions of the College Entrance Examination of the recent three years to achieve targeted classroom teaching. 

In conclusion, not only did the teaching and research meeting point out the direction for the teaching work, clarified the work objectives and priorities of the new semester, but also sorted out the working ideas of teaching and research, and specified the direction for the teaching and research work in the new semester in the meantime.
